QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Responsibilities

• Familiar with eavluation of tender preparation tender & quotation
• Responsible to taking off measurement & monthly progress claim
• Carry out quantity take-off for tendering of project
• Abilit to source for supplies and sub-contractors for quotation for tendering
• Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors progress payment
• Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim
• Carry out miscellaneous tasks required
• Other quantity surveyor duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Structure & Civil Engineering
• Min 3 years working experience
• Ability to show initiative and work autonomously
• A positive attitude and an assertive approach
• Develope a Risk Management Implemention Plane
