Job Summary
- As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for cost estimation, tender submissions, contract administration, and managing project claims.
Principal Duties/Responsibilities
- Reporting to Contracts Manager
- Prepare tender submission handle progress claims and progress payment, VO & finalization of accounts
- Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers, and contractors on certification of claims for payments
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Building or Quantity Surveying
- 2 - 5 years of relevant experience with a contractor
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior position
- Meticulous and analytical with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proactive team player who can work independently and under tight deadlines
