Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform measurements for quantities
  • Sourcing of Suppliers
  • Evaluation of price comparison
  • Estimation for variation submission
  • Attend site and Consultant/ Technical meetings
  • Valuing and Preparing Progress Claims and Sub-Contract Progress Payments
  • Prepare and issue Subcontract variation orders.
  • Monitoring of Project Variations
  • Conducting site measurements
  • In addition to the above mentioned duties and responsibilities, any other assignments given occasionally or on a daily basis by the immediate Superior

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Building / Civil Engineering or equivalent
