- Prepare plans, documents, and bill of quantities for supplier quotations and pricing analysis.
- Source, compile, and evaluate supplier/vendor quotations based on tender requirements.
- Responsible for detailed breakdown pricing, including material and labour cost estimation.
- Handle tenders including scope of work, pricing schedules, and non-material requirements.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying
- At least 2 years of Project Tendering/Costing experience.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
