Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveyor shall be responsible for managing and controlling project costs from tender stage to completion, including preparation of cost estimates, budgets and Bills of Quantities evaluation of tenders and subcontractor quotations monitoring project costs, cash flow and variations preparing progress claims, valuations and final accounts administering contracts supporting value engineering and cost optimisation verifying site measurements and work progress coordinating with project managers, site teams, consultants and subcontractors maintaining accurate cost records and reports assisting in negotiations, dispute resolution and project close-out documentation.
