Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage all project costs and contracts from inception to completion.

Core Responsibilities

• Cost Estimation: Conduct material take-offs and prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Tender Management: Prepare tender documents, evaluate vendor bids, and award subcontracts.
• Financial Control: Manage monthly progress claims, valuations, and variation orders (VOs).
• Contract Administration: Handle contract documentation and resolve commercial disputes under local guidelines.
• Final Accounts: Negotiate and settle final project accounts with clients and subcontractors.

Requirements & Skills

Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Civil Engineering.

Proven experience managing pre- and post-contract works in Singapore.

Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
