- Quantity taking off and prepare tender BQ costing and submission
- Attend tender interviews/meetings
- Sourcing, evaluate and negotiation with specialists, suppliers and sub-contractors
- Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to clients
- Liaise with main contractors, sub-contractors and project teams including on site check and measurements
- Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors progress payments
- Prepare variation orders and settlement of final accounts with clients and sub-contractors
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management from time to time
- Diploma/Degree in Building/QS/relevant equivalent qualifications
- Preferably with min. 2 years relevant experience
- Good costing knowledge, committed and hardworking
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and architectural software
- Confident & able to work independently with minimal supervision
