Quantity Surveyor

. Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and procurement plans for commercial interior design projects (size up to 20,000sqft)

. Conduct material take-offs and prepare bills of quantities (BOQ)

. Evaluate and negotiate quotations from suppliers, subcontractors and vendors

. Monitor project expenditures, progress claims and variations to ensure cost control

. Work closely with project managers, designers and contractors to align budgets with design specifications

. Assess contract terms, manage progress payments and handle final account settlements

. Conduct site visits to verify work progress and ensure compliance with contractual agreements

. Identify potential cost-saving opportunities while maintaining project quality.

. Ensure compliance with Singapore's building codes, contracts and procurement regulations
