Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be involved in project cost management, contract administration, and coordination works for construction projects.

Responsibilities

. Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and tender submissions

. Takeoff quantities based on drawings and project specifications

. Prepare and submit progress claims, and variation orders (VO)

. Monitor project costs, budget, and payment status

. Coordinate with project team, consultants, contractors, and suppliers

. Maintain project documentation and contract records

. Attend site meetings and assist in project coordination when required

. Support procurement and material quantity tracking

. Any other duties assigned to support project operations

Requirements

. Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field

. Familiar with tendering, progress claims, and VO claims will be an advantage

. Able to read construction drawings and specifications

. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and related software

. Good communication and coordination skills

. Responsible, organized, and willing to learn

. Candidates with façade, and architectural or related construction experience are welcome to apply

. Able to speak Mandarin is mandatory
