Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:

• Taking off quantities, sourcing sub-contractors & suppliers, pricing and preparation of tender submission
• Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
• Monitor the progress of claims and issuance of payment responses.
• Involved in project budget with various stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely assignment and submissions.
• Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, and preparation of final accounts
• Evaluation and certification of subcontractors progress payments
• Other quantity surveying-related duties
• Monitoring and submission of monthly Cash Flow and analysis.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree Holders in Quantity Surveying
• At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in handling M&E or facility works.
• Good with Analytics and Numbers.
• Willing to learn and work under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• 5 Days Work Week.
• Location: Ubi.
