Preparation of Monthly Progress Claim and Payment Responses to both Client and Sub-Contractors/Suppliers and all related project administration and documentation.
Participate in sourcing activities based on procurement strategies/operational needs.
Manage and prepare the measurements and cost estimates for the facilities sites from initial calculations to the final accounts.

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or its equivalent.
Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Minimum 5 years working experience in relevant field
Good communication skills.
Other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by the superior or management.
