Key Responsibilities:
. Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and tender submissions.
. Take off quantities from drawings and specifications.
. Source and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
. Prepare and submit progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts.
. Evaluate subcontractor claims and payment recommendations.
. Monitor project costs, budgets, and profitability.
. Review contracts, tender documents, and project requirements.
. Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, Main Contractors, Consultants, and Suppliers.
. Track project progress and maintain proper cost records.
. Assist in procurement and material cost analysis.
Requirements
. Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
. Minimum 2 years of relevant QS experience in the construction industry.
. Experience in Interior Fit-Out, Ceiling, Partition, Renovation, or A&A works is preferred.
. Able to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PDF software.
. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
. Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
. Knowledge of Singapore construction practices is an advantage.
