Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor (MRT Project)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience in MRT or infrastructure projects to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

. Carry out quantity take-off and measurement works for construction projects

. Source and evaluate suppliers and sub-contractors for tendering and project execution

. Evaluate and certify sub-contractors progress payments

. Handle tender and project administration, including documentation and contract management

. Prepare and submit interim progress claims to the Client

. Review and advise on cost impact of variations for both subcontractors and client

. Liaise with construction teams, consultants and clients on contractual and commercial matters

. Monitor project costs and ensure proper cost control

. Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

. Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building or Civil Engineering

. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience for QS position

. Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience for Senior QS position

. Experience in MRT or infrastructure projects is preferred

. Experience working with main contractor is an advantage

. Familiar with quantity take-off, cost analysis and contract administration

. Proficient in MS Excel and cost-related documentation

. Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills

. Able to work independently and as part of a team

. Singaporeans / PRs are preferred
