Prepare cost estimates for M&E works, raise variation orders and valuation of variation.
Prepare tender documents, valuation of progress payments and closure of final account.
Review tender returns in relation to cost, rates offered and on compliance to contractual requirements.
Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
Possess relevant Qualification in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Building or equivalent from a recognized University.
Possess at least 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in consulting firms with proven track record in major development projects.
Conversant in M&E works and building contract.
Possess knowledge in CAD(AutoCAD), REVIT for measurements/BQ take-off.
Detail-oriented with good planning and organization skills.
Good communication skills and a team player.
Candidates with more years of relevant experience will be considered for senior position.
