Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description & Requirements

Due to continued project expansion and a growing portfolioof works, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor orSenior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

• Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation.
• Conduct contract administration and manage variations, interim payments, and final accounts.
• Monitor project progress and provide accurate cost reporting and forecasts.
• Evaluate and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and legal obligations.
• Perform value engineering and risk assessments to optimize project outcomes.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior quantity surveyors (for senior role).

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience for Senior Quantity Surveyor position.
• Proven track record in pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

The remuneration package will be determined based onqualifications, experience, and job responsibilities.
