Quantity Surveyor / Senior (Interior Fit-out)

Salary: up to $6,000
Work Location: East (near EXPO & Xilin MRT Station)
Work Days: 5.5 alternate Saturday

Responsibilities:
. Manage project cost proposals, client enquiries, and tender submissions.
. Carry out quantity take-offs, evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations, and prepare costing summaries.
. Handle purchase orders, variation orders, progress claims, and settlement of accounts with clients.
. Track deliveries and ensure timely coordination with suppliers and subcontractors.
. Support budget planning, cost control, and maintain up-to-date pricing information.
. Conduct site visits when required.

Requirements:
. Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
. 3 to 5 years of relevant experience preferably in fit-out or interior design projects
. Strong negotiation and analytical skills with good attention to detail
. Proficient in using quantity surveying software and project management tools
. A collaborative team player who is organised and motivated
