QUANTITY SURVEYOR

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyorto manage resource planning, subcontractor liaison, project status coordination, and production data management for our ongoing projects. This role will work closely with various teams, including operations, tender and contract departments, and subcontractors, ensuring that all resources are effectively allocated and that project goals are met on time and within budget.

Job Description

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for construction projects.
• Manage contracts, negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors, and ensure cost control throughout project lifecycles.
• Source and Liaise with Site Personnel, Suppliers, Sub-contractors, Consultants and/or Architects for all project-related matters.
• Work closely with the project team in the Analysis, Evaluation and Negotiation of quotations, so as to ensure timely award of sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Prepare detailed reports on project costs, forecasts, and financial outcomes for stakeholders.
• Provide Support in any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned time to time.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Project Management / Quantity Surveying /Engineering (Civil) or related field with minimum 1 years of relevant work experience.

Have a positive working attitude, pro-active and meticulous in his/her work.

Possess strong inter-personal communication & negotiation skills able to work as a team and independently.

Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, either independently or in a team environment.

Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Singapore Citizens / Singapore PRs are preferred.
