Job Summary
Manage tendering and project execution processes to ensure accurate cost control and successful project completion. Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to optimize pricing and meet project requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage the tendering process by measuring, sourcing quotations, and performing quantities take-off to support accurate bid submissions
- Analyze and interpret tender requirements to prepare compliant and competitive submissions
- Prepare and organize all necessary documentation for tender submissions to meet deadlines and standards
- Source materials and vendors, manage interim progress claims, and handle variations in subcontractor claims and orders to maintain project flow
- Expand the supplier network to improve competitive pricing and vendor options beyond existing subcontractors
- Oversee projects from contract award to completion by managing final accounts and subcontracting activities
- Attend site meetings and respond to client requests and feedback to ensure project alignment and satisfaction
- Manage project costs effectively to maintain profitability and financial control
- Communicate professionally in English with clients and stakeholders to facilitate clear project coordination
Required competencies and certifications
- At least Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Engineering, or equivalent
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Experience in projects related to Commercial, Interior Design, or Additions & Alterations (A&A) projects
