We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented QS to join our growing team!
Job Responsibilities:
. Prepare cost estimates, tender submissions, and other QS documents
. Handle project budgeting, cost control, and progress claims
. Conduct site visits and liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients.
. Prepare and present reports on project financial status and forecasting.
. Ensure all work complies with legal, safety, and quality standards.
. Support the project team in managing procurement and subcontractor activities.
. Work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure project success.
Job Requirements:
. Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar.
. 2 to 3 years of relevant experiences
. Good with numbers and can pay attention to details, and negotiation skills.
. Proficient in MS Office
. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
. Able to work independently and as part of a team
. Able to work in a fast-paced environment
