QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Quantity Surveyor
Salary: S$3,500 - S$4,200

Responsibilities

. Take off and measure quantities from construction drawings.
. Prepare tender pricing and submissions.
. Coordinate and gather information for accurate tender estimates.
. Attend meetings with clients, main contractors, and subcontractors.
. Prepare and submit progress claims and related documents.
. Verify work quantities and subcontractor claims.
. Prepare payment responses, certificates, and final accounts.
. Handle variation orders and contractual matters.
. Liaise with project teams and contractors on scope of work and claims.
. Assist the Contracts Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor as required.
. Perform other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

. Degree in quantity surveying or related field.
. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
. Able to read and interpret construction drawings.
. Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
