Company Overview:
We are an established company specializing in residential air-conditioning installation and maintenance, with a team of over 70 employees. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and compile tender documents, cost plans, and cost reports
- Manage contract documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including drafting, updating, and proper filing
- Develop detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on project specifications and requirements
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of cost data to support project budgeting and cost control
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to support project execution and coordination
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
