Responsibilities
We are a well-established construction company with an enviable track record in major civil engineering and building works. To meet our continuing growth, we require suitably qualified candidates for the following position:
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
- Able to do cost estimation independently and accurately
- Taking off quantity for tender
- Final account preparation
- Monthly progress claim
- Certification of sub-contract works
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, surveyors and sub-contractors
- All other related works
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building or equivalent from a recognized University
- Min 2 - 4 years relevant experience
- Good working knowledge in Residential projects, Building & M & E
- Good knowledge of local rules and regulations
- Able to handle take-off, tender etc
- Only Singaporeans and PR
