Quantity Surveyor (QS) – RC Structural Subcontractor

- Quantify structural works from drawings prepare BQs and costestimates for tenders.

- Submit monthly progress claims and variation orders to maincontractors follow through to payment.

- Source and manage sub-subcontractors/suppliers review and certify their claims.

- Track project costs against budgets lead final account negotiations with main contractors.

- Attend commercial meetings coordinate with project teams, main contractor QSs and consultants.
