Job Summary
Prepare and manage electrical and ELV shop drawings, support project planning and execution, perform cost estimation, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project compliance and progress control.
Responsibilities
- Prepare electrical and ELV shop drawings, schematic diagrams, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD or similar software to meet project specifications
- Perform quantity take-offs and cost estimation to support tender preparation and budgeting accuracy
- Support project planning, coordination, and site execution to ensure timely and efficient delivery
- Liaise effectively with engineers, commercial managers, project managers, and site supervisors to facilitate smooth project communication
- Monitor project progress, variations, claims, and cost control to maintain budget and schedule adherence
- Verify HR manpower timesheet records when required to support project administration
- Ensure all drawings and quantity survey documentation comply with project specifications and standards
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Experience in the electrical construction industry
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office, with strong Excel skills
- Knowledge of electrical design, installation works, and site coordination
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
