We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in the Central Region, specialising in landed residential projects. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of project cost estimation and control, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyse detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, subcontractors and clients.
- Monitor and control project costs to meet budget targets.
- Assess variations, quotations, progress claims and final accounts.
- Prepare progress reports and present financial updates to stakeholders.
- Handle tender preparation, distribution, and submission.
- Ensure all work complies with industry standards, safety and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably in landed residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of cost control, contracts and construction processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and quantity surveying software/tools.
- Good analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
