About The Role
As a CBRE Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial team in managing costs and contracts for construction projects. This role is ideal professionals looking to build expertise in budgeting, procurement, and project financial control.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
- Support the measurement and valuation of works completed on-site.
- Help manage subcontractor accounts and payments.
- Monitor project costs and report any variances.
- Assist in preparing interim and final valuations.
- Contribute to risk assessments and cost control strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of project finances and contractual correspondence.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure financial clarity.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and cost management software.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
