Quantity Surveyor (Project Based)

Responsibilities:

• Source for quotation for materials and services
• Preparation of subcontractor's/ supplier's procurement, agreements and payments
• Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
• Cost planning, estimation and measurement of quantities
• Responsible for claims, variation orders, budget & cost control
• Prepare settlement of final account
• Maintenance of project documentations
• Manage Contracts administration
• Handle issues including extension of time, terms and condition, loss and expenses claim

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Building Services Management or Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong organizing skills and timely completion of tasks assigned with the ability of manual material items for variation claims
• Strong ability in problem solving and organizing skills are desirable
• Work location will be based at the project site in Tuas
