Roles & Responsibilities
. Quantity measurement, costing and estimation for both pre-contract and post contract
. Procurement responsibilities including preparing tender document or calling for quotation for subcontract packages including evaluation through cost comparison as well as recommendation of awards
. Certificate and evaluate progress work done includes contract administration for any variation or change for both Subcontracts and Main Contracts
. To assist in contract administration, prepare progress claim(s) and liaise with the Client's representative on claims and variation costs
. Taking off quantities, sourcing sub-contractors & suppliers, pricing and preparation of tender submission
. Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
. To review and verify the Subcontractor's / Supplier's claims and prepare payment certificates
Requirements
1. Relevant technical Degree/ Certification
2. Relevant working experience in a construction company
3. Organize the professional subcontract price and bargaining, negotiation ability
4. Familiar with the composition of bill of quantities
