Job Description

  1. Contract administration of selected projects.
  2. Preparation of monthly valuations for progress payments to the Main Contractor, Nominated Sub-Contractors or Nominated Suppliers.
  3. Measurement, valuation, negotiation and agreement with the Contractor / Sub-Contractor of all variations to the Contract.
  4. Preparation of regular cost reconcillation statements of the project showing payments to-date & projected final cost.
  5. Attendance of site meeting and virtual meeting.
  6. Preparation & agreement of final accounts for the project.
