Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration
• Review tender and contract documents identify discrepancies and raise queries for clarification
• Source and obtain quotations from subcontractors and suppliers
• Evaluate and compare quotations to support procurement decisions
• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and measurements within project timelines

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills with a methodical work approach
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills strong team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
