Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare all pre- & post-project related documents, quotations, drawings and cost management report
- Handle tender submissions and project costing, progress claims, VO & final account
- Attend site show-round, tender interview and meetings as required
- Perform material take-off, measurement, and pricing
- Monitor project costs and perform cost comparison
- Support project team with all relevant documentations and coordination
- All other QA related duties
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Interior Design, or related field
- Knowledge and experience in ID or renovation or electrical or related works
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD
- Be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive
- A good team player who can work under pressure and meet tight deadline
- Familiar with Singapore local authorities submission
- Good communication and coordination skills, fluency in English and Chinese
