Quantity Surveyor

. Familiar with evaluation of tenders, preparation of tender and quotation.

. Responsible for taking off measurement and monthly progress claim.

. Ability to source for supplies and sub-contractors for quotation for tendering.

. Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim.

. Review and advise the Project Manager on the cost impact for variation of project specification.

. Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field.

. A minimum of 2 years work experience in structural steel works is necessary for this position.
