Job Responsibilities:
Pre and Post-contract administration and control
Analyze and negotiate costs in preparation of tender BQ and ensuring cost control
Perform measurements for cost estimates
Prepare and analyze for cost comparison
Sourcing of quotation, negotiations and procurements
Assist Senior Contract Manager on sub-contract works and taking-off quantity in budgetary
Assist Senior Contract Manager in budgetary cost control, submission of
project variation claims, negotiation & purchasing/estimating of materials
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in civil engineering
Minimum 3 years of related experience in civil engineering environment such as road, drain, earth and external works
Computer literacy and knowledge of AutoCAD
Familiar with Bluebeam and Accpac software will be an advantage
Strong communication skills
Mon-Fri, 9am to 6.15pm (45 mins lunch break)
