Quantity Surveyor

About the Role
We are hiring a Quantity Surveyor to join our construction project team. This role will cover the full spectrum of quantity surveying duties from pre-contract to post-contract, supporting landed residential, apartment, and commercial projects.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on QS experience in Singapore's construction industry, with strong knowledge in cost estimation, tender preparation, progress claims, variations, and final accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of Quantity Surveyor duties from pre-contract to post-contract

• Prepare cost estimates, tender documents, progress claims, and related documentation

• Manage project budgets, cost control, cash flow, and cost reporting

• Review and handle variations, variation order claims, and final accounts

• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Ensure timely submission of reports, claims, and project documentation

• Support cost tracking and budget monitoring for landed residential, apartment, and commercial projects

• Work closely with the project team to ensure project requirements, timelines, and budgets are met

• Perform any other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Quantity Surveyor experience in Singapore's construction industry

• Experience in landed residential projects is required

• Exposure to apartment and/or commercial projects will be an advantage

• Strong understanding of cost estimation, tendering, progress claims, variations, and final accounts

• Able to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively

• Meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented

• Able to work under pressure and meet submission deadlines

• Good communication and coordination skills

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm

• Saturday work is generally not required but may be requested during peak periods, such as urgent tender preparation or submission deadlines
