Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions.

Monitor project expenditures, variations, and progress claims.

Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.

Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure cost efficiency.

Review contracts, BOQs, and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Support procurement and subcontractor negotiations.

Provide timely financial reports and cost control measures.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.

Minimum 2-3 years of QS experience (fresh graduates with strong academic records may apply).

Proficiency in QS software (e.g., CostX, BuildSoft) and Microsoft Excel.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Knowledge of Singapore construction contracts (SIA, REDAS, etc.) and regulations.

Ability to work independently and in a team.
