Job Description

  • Experienced in Private Residential Field
  • Assist Project Manager and Senior Quantity Surveyor Able to handle six projects at one go T
  • Assist Project Manager and Senior Quantity Surveyor Manages and prepares all the cost estimates for all projects
  • Attending meetings
  • Assist Project Manager and Senior Quantity Surveyor Prepare monthly project budgetting
  • Site visit weekly
  • Keeps track of the progression of the contract with regards to any variation
  • Good communication and negotiation skills are needed
  • Office-based and will go on several site visits
  • Call Quotation and compare
