Quantity Surveyor (5.5 days/Located at Loyang)
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Administration: Managing all financial aspects of the contract, including performance bonds, advance payments, and formal notices.
- Interim Valuations: Measuring and valuing work completed on-site for progress payments (interim claims).
- Payment Management: Preparing, submitting, and verifying subcontractor and supplier payment applications, managing retention, and processing payments.
- Variation & Claims Management: Assessing, pricing, documenting, and negotiating variation orders (VOs) and managing claims.
- Cost Control & Reporting: Monitoring actual spend against budget, forecasting cash flow, and providing regular cost reports to the team.
- Procurement Support: Quantifying materials, following up on subcontractor finalization, and managing procurement needs.
- Final Account: Agreeing and settling the final account with the client and subcontractors.
