Job Responsibilities
- Prepare tender and contract documents in compliance with construction regulations.
- Monitor and control project costs, budgets, and expenditures to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Conduct cost analysis and develop cost reduction strategies to enhance project value.
- Liaise and negotiate with management, contractors, and subcontractors on cost adjustments and variations.
- Prepare progress and cost reports, and manage payments to suppliers and subcontractors.
Job Requirements
- Min Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or its equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost management.
- Proficient in project cost estimation, tender preparation, and variation analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
