Quantity Surveyor

Job Scope

• Perform quantity taking off and cost estimate of tender for projects.
• Prepare tender documents, including bills of quantities.
• Administer the tender process, evaluate tenders, and prepare tender recommendation reports.
• Prepare contractual correspondences related to the project.
• Assess contractors claims for progress claim and variation works.
• Settlement of final account and any other post-contract related works.
• Attend project meeting.
• Any other ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiar with construction contracts and procurement strategies.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in local contract management.
• Applicants with extensive experience may be considered for a senior position.
