Job Description

  • Prepare tenders, measurement and preparation of bill of quantities and quotations.
  • Attend site meetings with consultants and sub-contractors.
  • Ensure works on site are carried out according to specifications / drawings.
  • Monitor work progress and control workmanship on site.
  • Prepare claim and monthly project progress claim
  • Evaluate and compare quotations from subcontractors and suppliers
  • Conduct cost analysis for project and maintenance works for bidding purposes, including value engineering to optimize project designs and construction methods to achieve cost-effectivenessPrepare tenders, measurement and preparation of bill of quantities and quotations.
