The Quantity Surveyor ensures that all works are carried out within the approved budget while maintaining required quality standards and contractual obligations. In addition, the role includes evaluating subcontractor quotations, handling variation orders, conducting site measurements, and preparing progress payment claims. By providing accurate cost control and financial reporting, the Quantity Surveyor plays a key role in ensuring the project is delivered efficiently, profitably, and in compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
