Job Summary
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will prepare construction cost estimates, price bills of quantities for tender and value engineering, manage contract documentation, attend site meetings and inspections, and prepare cash flow forecasts to support project cost control and timely delivery.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed construction cost estimates to support project budgeting and planning
- Price bills of quantities accurately for tender submissions and conduct value engineering to optimize costs
- Manage and maintain contract documentation to ensure compliance and clarity throughout project execution
- Attend site meetings and inspections to monitor progress and resolve cost-related issues promptly
- Prepare cash flow forecasts to assist in financial planning and project cash management
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to estimate costs, material quantities, and project timelines, ensuring projects remain on track
