Job Description
- Measuring and preparing tender documentation and negotiating with contractors
- Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Responsible for quantity take-off and cost estimation
- Deal with significant contractual issues including extensions of time, loss and or expense claims, terms and conditions, etc
- Preparation of tender submission with a specific deadline
- Evaluate and process vendors claims
- Prepare monthly progress claims in a timely manner
- Finalize project accounts with clients and vendors
Requirements:
- Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Building / Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Minimum 2- 4 years experience in this position in main-contractor
- Prefer candidates who can start to work immediately
- Strong familiarity with quantity surveying and best practices
- Resourceful, Outspoken and Good Negotiator, Initiative, Communicator
- Able to work in team work, independently and self-motivated
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope and timeline
