Take off quantities and prepare costing and budget for projects. (Architectural & M&E works)

Sourcing for sub-contractors and suppliers and negotiate price with them.

Control the budget when doing procurement.

Submission of progressive claims and variation of orders to client.

Coordinator with sub-contractors, supplier, consultant and other related parties.

Evaluate and certify subcontractor's claim.

Prepare profit and loss for projects / Final Account

Prepare tender submissions.

Proficient in quantity taking off for Builder, Architectural, M&E works.

Knowledge of Archi Finishes, detailing, M&E works systems.

Able to carry out measurements, tenders, procunement, R Assement.

Progresive claims, liase with client, attend site show.

Maintain & Monitor Tender boards for Potential works.

Requirements : -

At least 3 years experience in Architectural or M&E works for interior fit out is required.

Diploma in building services / Electrical / Air Conditioning or Plumbing / Building Management

Ability to communicate with people at all level and meticulous with an eye for detail.

Team player yet able to work independently.

Proficient in computer skills and microsoft office is a must

Have a good attitude and preferably with high level of initiative

Possess good negotiation and coordination skills.
