1. Quantity taking off and cost comparison for main work trades, negotiate and analysis costs for tenders.
2. Take off quantities,compute costing, monitoring and maintaining the cost expenditure of the Project site assigned.
3. Prepare tender submission including BOQ and discuss with Management for costing and pricing.
4. Prepare monthly progress claim and cost analysis based on the drawings / work done /materials required.
5. Monitoring progress claim and liaise with vendors.
6. Attend Site meeting for on-going project.
7. Process VO and preparing final accounts.
8. Deal with significant contractual issues including extension of time, loss and expense claims, terms and conditions etc.
9. Liaise and establish rapport with all related parties including company clients, contractors, and consultants on certification of claims for payments.
Qualifications / Experience / Requirement
1. Knowledge and experience in using basic AutoCAD and reading drawings.
2. Well versed incontracts documentations including follow-up & submission of tenders
3. Minimum 1 - 2 years'relevant experience in Interiors Design / Addition and Alteration (A&A)building construction field.
4. Diploma/Degree inQuantity Surveying, Interior Design, Building or related field
5. Able to managemultiple projects independently
6. Strong communicationand coordination skills
7. Strong knowledge infit-out detailing and construction methods
8. Good costing,budgeting and negotiation skills
9. Singaporean, Permanent Resident and Malaysian ONLY
10. Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred
