JOB SCOPE
Participate in project commercial budgeting and cost management.
Handle various commercial tasks during project execution, including but not limited to payment requests, contract variations, record keeping, subcontractor management, and project contract administration.
Coordinate with the finance department to ensure smooth alignment between commercial and financial processes.
Complete other tasks assigned by company management and participate in the development and improvement of the company's commercial management system.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years of construction industry experience, with at least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
Familiar with project/commercial management processes, including contract administration, subcontractor management, and financial coordination.
Strong communication and coordination skills, with good team collaboration abilities.
Detail-oriented, responsible, highly executable, and able to work effectively in a project-based environment.
