Quantity Surveyor Manager (KCKC)

• Location: Changi Business Park
• Industry: A1 Main Contractor | Building Construction
• Mon to Fri, from 8.30am to 5.15pm
• Salary is $8,000 - $9,000+ Variable Bonus [ No AWS ]

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10-12 years of relevant quantity surveying experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Commercial and Tender Management
.Develop commercial strategies for tenders and projects.
.Review and approve tender submissions before submission.
.Lead procurement planning and subcontract award strategies.

Lead Cost Planning and Financial Control
.Establish project cost management strategies and budgets.
.Monitor financial performance across multiple projects.
.Review project cash flow forecasts and profitability reports.

Manage Contracts and Commercial Risks
.Oversee contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.
.Lead negotiations on contractual claims, variation orders, and dispute resolution.
.Approve interim payment certifications and final accounts.

Lead Team and Business Performance
.Manage, mentor, and develop the Quantity Surveying team.
.Allocate manpower and monitor team performance.
