- Conduct estimations for variation submissions and manage price comparisons to ensure accurate project costing.
- Prepare progress claims, evaluate supplier payments, and handle variation orders, finalizing accounts accordingly.
- Perform quantity measurements, monitor project variations, and attend site and consultant meetings for updates and discussions.
- Support ad-hoc tasks and duties assigned by supervisors and management, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Construction industry (Main Con).
- Proficient in MS Office applications - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
