- Monthly Salary: Base up to $4000 + Variable Bonus (VB)

Responsibility
- Review drawings and specifications to determine project scope, costing, and requirements.
- Manage project budgets, monitor cost variations, and support tendering, procurement, and contract administration.
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals, handle variations and claims, and support dispute resolution.
- Identify valueengineering opportunities, assess cost and contract risks, and prepare regular cost and financial reports.
- Coordinate with designers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards and smooth project execution.
Requirement
- Minimum diploma in Quantity Surveying / Engineering or equivalent and recognized by relevant authority
- Minimum 3 year of relevant working experience in industrial, commercial or data-centre projects
- Knowledge in Mechanical and Electrical
- Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
