Quantity Surveyor (M&E)

• Prepare and manage M&E cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions.
• Monitor M&E project costs and provide financial insights.
• Assist in evaluating M&E contractor claims and variations.
• Coordinate with contractors and design teams on cost-related matters.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• At least 3 years experience in M&E works for HDB, Condo, and Landed projects.
• Familiar with M&E systems and costing.
